These solid shackle bolts 5/8″ are made from high tensile steel and are designed for 60mm wide springs with nylon bushes. Commonly used on rocker roller springs, these solid bolts fit inside the nylon bush and do not require grease. Equipped with a nyloc nut, ensure the bolt is fitted tightly in the eye of the spring with the nyloc. Use the knurl of the bolt to tightly fit in the shackle plate to avoid the bolt from spinning, which can cause damage to the bushes.
